From Far Away, an upcoming television anime based on Kyouko Hikawa's shōjo manga, has unveiled its teaser video, main cast, and staff members. The anime will debut on October 4th, 2026, on Tokyo MX, followed by ABC TV and WOWOW. The story follows Noriko, a high school student who is transported to a fantasy world and befriends a mysterious young man named Izark. However, Izark is actually a dark and evil entity, and Noriko is destined to unleash his power. The anime will be directed by Noriyuki Abe and produced by Studio DEEN. The main cast includes Tomoyo Kurosawa as Noriko, Kentarō Kumagai as Isaac Kia Taj, Yūichirō Umehara as Rachev, and Eiji Takeuchi as Kaemos Lee Goda. The series will feature character designs by Eiji Abiko and music by Takeshi Hama. Viz Media, the English publisher of the manga, describes the story as a tale of friendship and destiny in a world filled with magic and danger.
